Order Processing
Processing time: 14–21 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur due to payment verification, incorrect shipping information, or peak order periods. We will notify you via email should such situations arise.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states).
Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Please contact us at support@aoriby.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

42–63 business days
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing or shipping stage.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
Check with neighbors and look around your delivery area.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Email support@aoriby.com, and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders exceeding $500. While we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Delivery Delays
