Return Categories
1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your garden tools arrive damaged or defective, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened for inspection. Please provide photos of the damaged area.
2. Returns Due to Personal Preference: If you change your mind, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Criteria for return eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. For lighting fixtures, you may open the packaging to inspect the product for damage or defects; if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you remain eligible for a full refund or replacement even if the packaging has been opened.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods
Customized or personalized products
Final Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. Return and Refund Details

Standard vs. Custom Products
Standard Products: Most items on our website are standard products; those meeting the above criteria may be returned within 30 days.
Custom/Bespoke Products: Items marked "Custom" or "Bespoke" on the product page are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged. Custom products include:
Items with custom dimensions, finishes, or materials
Designs created via our "Bespoke Design" service
Products marked "Custom Order"
Shipping costs
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Delayed or Missing Refunds
